Finance Management

These managers distribute the financial resources of our company and advise executives regarding future business decisions and their impact. They are responsible for collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information and for predicting future financial trends. These managers should also be focused on developing long-term business plans based on financial reports related to budgets, account payables/receivables, and expenses. To grow in this framework there's the need for providing an effective analysis of market trends and competitors and to develop strategies that work to minimize financial risks.

Progression

In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Finance Managers must:

• Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Management Path
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Finance and Project Management Realms
