Application Support Managers ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications. To make sure errors are avoided, they perform root cause analysis, triage, and testing.

They are also responsible for investigating bottlenecks, resolving application performance issues, debugging, writing scripts, and investigating and performing changes. Growing in this framework requires a deep understanding of the software and test development lifecycle.


Progression

In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Application Support Managers must:

  • Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for Management Path
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Customer Service Realm and Software Engineering Realm


Salary Grid

All mentioned salary ranges represent the monthly income in Bulgarian Lev after taxes and deductions.
