Technical Training
Knowledge is at the core of our business. It is key that our teams have access to relevant and updated information so they don’t face any gaps in their skills when trying to achieve their goals. This is when the technical trainer role comes into play. This framework is responsible for the planning of trainings and workshops directed to Secure Group’s internal and external stakeholders. To grow as a technical trainer, you will not only need to dig deep into understanding our products and services, but it is equally important that you excel at communicating these concepts clearly and in an engaging tone to different audiences.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Tech Trainers team must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Individual Contributors
- Score the needed grade in the KAI of their position to progress in the Level Chart
- Be an ambassador of the Secure Group Knowledge
Salary Grid
