The HR Ops managers in Secure Group are responsible for the whole Employee Lifecycle. From finding, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles in the IC and Management Path to making sure their onboarding and offboarding in the company are effective and pleasant. They network online and offline with potential candidates promoting our employer branding, reducing our time-to-hire, and ensuring we attract and keep the best of the best professionals.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our HR Ops Managers must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Management Path
- Demonstrate proficiency in the HR and Project Management Realm
