The Level A path is destined for employees who still do not possess the skills or proficiency in the whole set of criteria required of Individual Contributors. If during the hiring process we detect that candidates have the potential to quickly become Level 1, we make an offer for Level A, provide them coaching, structured training with technical tasks and tests, and the opportunity to learn and grow so they can be part of the Management Model as Individual Contributors.
