Sales managers design and implement strategic sales plans that expand our company’s customer base and ensures our strong market presence. They also oversee the activities and performance of business developers and set individual target goals with the team. To ensure expansion, the Sales managers are required to coordinate with marketing on lead generation.

The biggest challenge these managers face is understanding our ideal partners and how they relate to our product so to grow in this framework it's essential to possess outstanding customer understanding, negotiation skills, and a hustling mentality.
