Many IT companies develop products and end up with some very important situations and with us, it is not different. What is the best way to develop the product? What do our partners expect from it? What is the best commercial approach to selling? How we will meet the expectations of marketing departments, engineering, and other stakeholders? What is the planned RoadMap? What will be the most effective channel and distribution strategy? How will we monetize the business?
These are the questions our Product Managers face every day and come up with creative solutions to answer all of them, guaranteeing the best product quality while making sure business is heading in the right direction.
