Quality Assurance

As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be involved in performing manual testing by writing, performing and updating test suites as well as defining the acceptance criteria for the quality of our Development team products and ensuring they meet our partner’s needs. Therefore, this role requires great attention to detail, lots of feedback sharing and full accountability.

Developing in this framework is not only about effectively testing but, beyond that, it means advocating for the quality of Secure Group’s products and ensuring they are up to the standards that our partners expect.

Progression

In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Quality Assurance team must:

• Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Individual Contributors Path
• Score at least a grade 4 in the KAI of the position in order to reach Level 3
• Demonstrate proficiency in Secure Group Knowledge

All mentioned salary ranges represent the monthly income in Bulgarian Lev after taxes and deductions.
