The Realms are part of Secure Group Knowledge Management strategy and englobe concepts, domains, formats, definitions, and areas of activities that cover all aspects of our business. To grow in Secure Group, our employees need to show proficiency and find business opportunities based on one or more realms according to their management framework. Such knowledge is extremely important to be developed so people are capable of having meaningful discussions and effectively participating in the development of their teams, projects, and our product.
