The Facility Cleaning framework's main goal is to ensure the comfort of our office. It's their responsibility to clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Facility Cleaning team must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Individual Contributors Path. Note that this framework has one level of growth as an exception. After reaching the maximum level and if the criteria for change are met, employees can be allocated in a different framework.
- Meet the KAI grade of the framework related to each level

All mentioned salary ranges represent the monthly income in Bulgarian Lev after taxes and deductions.
