Technical Training managers are responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating all training initiatives that are under development by the Technical Trainers in the IC Path. Technical Training managers are responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating all training initiatives that are under development by the Technical Trainers in the IC Path. Because of that, they need a complete understanding of the business needs, the ability to analyze issues, and influence solutions/outcomes. As part of their career growth path they have to leverage the team to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios, be ambassadors of the Information Security Realm and possess end-to-end ownership of the training programs.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Tech Training Managers must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Individual Contributors Path
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Information Security Realm and KAI of the framework
- Be an ambassador of the Secure Group Knowledge

All mentioned salary ranges represent the monthly income in Bulgarian Lev after taxes and deductions.
