Product Owners are responsible for conveying the product’s business vision and goals with the progress of the work done by our Developers. Growing in this role implies tons of coordination, communication and alignment since you will be responsible for understanding the needs of Secure Group’s stakeholders and ensure that they are clearly communicated so we can deliver our products with the best quality and efficiency.
The Product Owners are accountable for managing our product lifecycle, from evaluating and prioritizing requirements to aligning with Engineering teams to make sure features are delivered, and everything related to the go-to-market process is properly supported. They also make sure that the product roadmap, task prioritization, and backlog are efficiently managed.


In order to progress in Secure Group, it's essential that all the work done by them ensure alignment between our product vision, customer's needs, and business goals. To achieve that, they are also responsible for setting and monitoring product success metrics.
Product Owners need to have a strong orientation for market trend analysis and the capability to translate them into product goals. Besides that, they need to ensure go-to-market readiness of new features and provide customer-side insights for our UX/UI processes.
