Ops & HR
This department is responsible for consulting key executives and monitoring the Strategic Plan, elaborating performance reviews, researching on office improvements and guaranteeing the overall employee satisfaction. As part of their role, they have to ensure the teams are cohesive and competent allowing them to meet all the needs of the company.
 
The actions of these professionals will connect employees to the corporate structure, which means that they act to maintain the stability of the company and ensure Secure Group will achieve its strategic goals.
 
Considering our current business situation, we understood that for Operations & HR, it's not possible to follow an Individual Contributor Path.
So, for this Career Framework, we included Levels 1 and 2 for Managers since the employees allocated on this path will necessarily have to follow the Management Path.
 
By being part of the Operations & HR department in Secure Group, you will have the opportunity to develop hard skills and soft skills and progress in our Career Journey.
