Operations managers that are focused on the administration layer of our business are responsible for purchasing materials, planing inventories, and overseeing some of our products' logistics processes. In addition, they are required to develop and implement policies and procedures for our office regarding the onboarding of newcomers, suppliers management, and facility maintenance.
Growing in this framework means creating processes that help our teams to operate productively, ensuring cost-effective contracts, and guaranteeing our office is run in a smooth and secure manner.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Operations team must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Management Path
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance and Manufacturing Realms
