Strategic Business Development managers' main focus is to research, identify, analyze, and develop new business opportunities. For that, they need an in-depth understanding of our customers' requirements, industry, market, and company's capabilities to create, pitch, and approve business cases. They research emerging trends, own full projects, and are in charge of scaling them up with their teams.  
In order to achieve the best of their performance, we will introduce the list of requirements and concepts our Strategic Marketing team members should focus on to succeed in our business, as well as their remuneration.</br>

To be able to reach Level 3 in our Career Journey there is some specific knowledge from our company that we request from our Strategic Marketers.
