Technical Training managers are responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating all training initiatives that are under development by the Technical Trainers in the IC Path. Because of that, they need a complete understanding of the business needs, the ability to analyze issues, and influence solutions/outcomes. As part of their career growth path they have to leverage the team to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios, be ambassadors of the Information Security Realm and possess end-to-end ownership of the training programs.
