Knowledge is at the core of our business. As we explored in the Knowledge Management chapter, it is key that our teams have access to relevant and updated information so they don’t face any gaps in their skills when trying to achieve their goals. Because of that, we started our Secure Group Academy, and the role of our Technical Trainers is not only to manage the knowledge hub but to expand the project and bring it to the next level. Our final goal is to spread the knowledge and create the first Cybersecurity Academy in Bulgaria.
The technical trainers are responsible for planning training and workshops directed to Secure Group’s internal and external stakeholders related to the Information Security Realm. It's under their responsibility to make sure our new hires are onboarded smoothly and fast, our employees expand their knowledge, and our partners are supported with all information they need. To grow in this framework, it's essential to dig deep into understanding our products and services and to excel at communicating these concepts clearly and in an engaging tone to different audiences.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Tech Trainers must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Individual Contributors Path
- Meet the KAI grade of the framework related to each level
- Be an ambassador of the Secure Group Knowledge
Salary Grid
All mentioned salary ranges represent the monthly income in Bulgarian Lev after taxes and deductions.
