The HR Operations managers in Secure Group build efficient workflows and understanding all the HR management tools. They are also responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication and presentation of HR processes to both managers and employees. They are key-players when it comes to creating a positive experience throughout the whole employee lifecycle.
Progression
In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our HR Managers must:
- Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Management Path
- Demonstrate proficiency in the HR and Project Management Realms
