The Facility Administration framework encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of our office, equipment, and amenities. Growing in this framework consists of ensuring a high-quality environment by integrating people, place, process, and technology.

Progression

In order to progress in our development path and Level Up or Step Up, our Facility Administration team must:

• Meet the criteria of the Level & Step Chart for the Individual Contributors Path. Note that this framework has two levels of growth as an exception.
• Meet the KAI grade of the framework related to each level
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Secure Group Knowledge
